Shipping Options & Costs

We offer several delivery options to make it easy and convenient for you to receive your products. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and are based on weight, destination, and selected delivery method.

Standard Delivery (within Sweden): 3–5 business days
Free Shipping: On orders over 500 SEK within Sweden
EU Delivery: Delivery times vary depending on destination

Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after receipt. Delivery times may vary depending on your shipping address and the chosen delivery method. Please note that deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons or due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions).

Sweden: 3–5 business days
EU: 5–10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can easily follow your package on its way to you.

Damaged Items

If your products arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage along with your order number. We will do our best to replace the damaged item or offer a refund.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not collected and returned to us, we charge a fee equivalent to the shipping cost plus a handling fee of 150 SEK. If you wish to have the package resent, a new shipping fee will apply.
