Right of Withdrawal & Returns

As a customer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@moonyflames.se for return instructions.

If the return is approved, the purchase amount for the product will be refunded. However, shipping costs (both the original and return shipping) will not be refunded. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.

Claims & Complaints

If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to make a claim within 30 days of receiving the item, according to EU consumer rights. Please contact us at info@moonyflames.se with a description of the issue and include a photo if possible, and we’ll assist you with your claim.

If the claim is approved, we will cover the return shipping and either send you a replacement product or refund the purchase amount.
