If something isn't quite right, you'll find everything you need to know about returns, your right of withdrawal and damaged items below. We always aim to make the process as easy and straightforward as possible.

How to Request a Return

You can easily request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal through your customer account.

Here's how:

Click "Request a Return or Cancel Your Purchase".
Enter the email address used for your order.
You'll receive a six-digit verification code by email.
Log in to your customer account using the code.
Select the order you'd like to return.
Choose the products you wish to return.
Select the reason for the return and submit your request.

Once your return has been approved, we'll send you further instructions.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method after we've received and approved the returned products.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Cancel Your Order Within One Hour

To ensure fast order processing, you may cancel your order within one hour of purchase, provided it hasn't already been packed or shipped.

After this period—or once the order has been dispatched—you can still exercise your statutory right of withdrawal by requesting a return.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

Unused
Unburned
In their original packaging
In new condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or burned scented candles or wax melts.

Personalised Candles

Personalised candles featuring names, dates or custom text are made specifically for you.

These products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clear photos showing the damage

We'll help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return relates to a damaged or faulty product.

Uncollected Parcels

Parcels that are not collected are not automatically considered cancelled.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the legal withdrawal period.

For uncollected parcels returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a SEK 150 handling fee to cover shipping, return shipping and administration costs.
