Shipping & Delivery – Shipping Information and Delivery Times

Every Moony Flames product is handcrafted in small batches in Småland, Sweden, and carefully packed before making its way to its new home.

Whether you're ordering a handmade scented candle, wax melts, a personalised candle or a gift, we do our very best to make sure your order is dispatched as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing & Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch most orders by the next working day after your order is placed.

Our usual processing time is 1–3 working days. During busy periods, promotions or product launches, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information.

Orders to Norway are shipped without Swedish VAT.
Norwegian VAT and any applicable import, customs or handling fees may be charged upon import and are payable by the recipient.

The applicable shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping & Tracking

Most orders are shipped with PostNord.

Once your order leaves our little studio in Småland, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel on its journey to you.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier and local conditions. Deliveries outside the EU may also be affected by customs processing.

Shipping to Norway

Norway is not part of the EU. Orders to Norway are therefore shipped as exports from Sweden without Swedish VAT.

Upon import, Norwegian VAT and any applicable import, customs or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in Moony Flames' prices and must be paid by the recipient upon import or delivery.

Any additional charges are determined by the Norwegian authorities and/or the shipping carrier and are therefore outside our control.

How We Pack Your Order

We put just as much care into packing our products as we do into making them.

Our handmade scented candles, wax melts and gifts are protected with compostable packing chips and recyclable paper to help prevent damage during transit.

If your parcel contains any plastic packaging, it's reused material that we've given a second life. We don't purchase new plastic packaging; instead, we reuse materials that would otherwise have been thrown away.

It's a simple way for us to reduce unnecessary waste while making sure your order arrives safely.
