You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, in accordance with distance-selling regulations. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. In the event of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. Custom-made / personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If something is wrong with your order – for example if an item is damaged or incorrect – we will of course send a replacement product free of charge. This happens very rarely, but if it does, please contact us within 14 days at info@moony-flames.se, and we will be happy to assist you.

Why choose an aroma lamp?
An aroma lamp is a simple and atmospheric way to spread fragrance in your home – completely without electricity. You light a tealight candle, add a scented wax melt or some oil, and let the heat slowly release the scent. Besides smelling wonderful, the candle creates a calming atmosphere. It’s a beautiful, relaxing, and natural alternative to electric diffusers – perfect for your quiet moments.
Can I use your scented wax melts in the lamp?
Yes! Our scented wax melts are made specifically for aroma lamps. Simply place a wax melt in the dish – as the wax melts, the fragrance is released evenly and lasts long. If you want to intensify the scent, you can use multiple melts, but please consider the size of your aroma lamp. When you no longer smell the fragrance, you can easily replace the wax.
How do I clean the lamp after use?
Let the wax harden and gently press it out. Tip: light the tealight candle for a minute to loosen the wax more easily. Wipe clean with a cloth – done!
What should I keep in mind to use it safely?
Never leave the aroma lamp unattended, keep it away from children and pets, and place it on a heat-resistant surface. Allow it to rest between uses.
Can the lamp be left burning indefinitely?
We recommend letting the lamp burn for a maximum of 2–3 hours at a time to prevent the wax from overheating and to prolong the fragrance.
