Every Moony Flames product is handmade in small batches in Småland, Sweden and carefully packed before beginning its journey to its new home.

Whether you're ordering a handmade scented candle, wax melts, a personalised candle or a thoughtful gift, we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Delivery Times

Most orders are dispatched by the next business day.

Our usual processing time is 1–3 business days. During busy periods or product launches, processing may occasionally take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information.

How We Pack Your Order

We put just as much care into packing your order as we do into creating our products.

Our candles, wax melts and gifts are protected using compostable packing peanuts and recyclable paper wherever possible.

If your parcel contains plastic packaging, it will always be reused packaging material that we've given a second life. We don't purchase new plastic void fill—instead, we reuse materials that would otherwise have been discarded.

It's one of the ways we reduce unnecessary waste while making sure your order arrives safely.
