All orders are shipped within 2–3 business days. During campaigns or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer – thank you for your patience!
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Act. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. For returns, the return shipping cost is covered by you as the customer. Custom-made products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
If something is wrong with your order – for example, if an item is damaged or incorrect – we will of course send you a replacement product free of charge. This rarely happens, but if it does, please contact us within 14 days at info@moony-flames.se and we’ll be happy to help.
Unclaimed packages
For packages that are not picked up and are returned to us, a fee of 150 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and handling.
