The product must be unused and in its original packaging. In the event of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping costs. Custom-made / personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

If something is wrong with your order – for example if an item is damaged or incorrect – we will of course send a replacement product free of charge. This happens very rarely, but if it does, please contact us within 14 days at info@moony-flames.se, and we will be happy to assist you.
