Shipping Options and Costs

We ship our handmade products directly from our studio in Småland, Sweden, to customers throughout Sweden, the European Union and Norway.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Sweden: Standard shipping 69 SEK. Free shipping on orders of 599 SEK or more.
EU: Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Norway: We also ship to Norway. Current shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

All our products are handmade or carefully prepared for shipping. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days after being placed.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Sweden: 3–5 business days
EU: 5–10 business days
Norway: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping to Norway

We're happy to offer shipping to customers in Norway!

As Norway is outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may apply depending on the order value and applicable import regulations.

Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless they have already been included at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel on its way to you.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

Send your order number along with photos of the damaged product and its packaging to info@moony-flames.se.

We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we may charge the return shipping costs and a handling fee of 150 SEK, where permitted by applicable law.

If you would like your order to be shipped again, an additional shipping fee will apply.
