Shipping & Delivery – Shipping Information and Delivery Times

Every Moony Flames product is handmade in small batches in Småland, Sweden, and carefully packed before making its way to its new home.

Whether you order a handmade scented candle, wax melts, a personalised candle or a gift, we do our best to make sure your order is dispatched as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery times

Most orders are dispatched no later than the next business day after your order is placed.

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days. During busy periods, promotions or product launches, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information.

We currently ship to Sweden, Germany and Norway.

Orders to Norway are shipped without Swedish VAT

The applicable shipping cost is always shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping & tracking

Most orders are shipped with PostNord.

Once your order leaves our studio in Småland, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel on its way to you.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier and local conditions. Deliveries outside the EU may also be affected by customs processing.

Shipping to Norway

Norway is outside the EU. Orders to Norway are therefore exported from Sweden without Swedish VAT.

Upon import, Norwegian VAT and possible import, customs or handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the price charged by Moony Flames and are payable by the recipient upon import or delivery.

Any additional charges are determined by Norwegian authorities and/or the carrier and are therefore outside the control of Moony Flames.

How we pack your order

We put just as much care into packing our products as we do into making them.

Our handmade scented candles, wax melts and gifts are protected with compostable packing peanuts and recyclable paper to help reduce the risk of damage during transport.

If your order contains plastic packaging material, it is reused material that we have saved and given another life. We do not purchase new plastic packaging; instead, we reuse materials that would otherwise have been discarded.

For us, it is a simple way to reduce unnecessary waste while making sure your order arrives safely.
