We ship our handmade favourites directly from our little studio in Småland, Sweden. Here you'll find our shipping rates for Sweden, Germany and Norway.
Sweden
69 SEK – Flat-rate shipping
Free shipping on orders over 599 SEK.
Germany
105 SEK (approx. €9.50) – Flat-rate shipping
Norway
249 NOK – Flat-rate shipping
Orders to Norway are shipped without Swedish VAT. Norwegian VAT and any applicable customs, import or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.
The final shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Packaging
Packed with Care
Every Moony Flames order is packed by hand in our little studio in Småland, Sweden. We want your new favourites to arrive safely while doing our best to reduce unnecessary packaging waste.
We use compostable packing peanuts and recyclable paper to protect our handmade scented candles, wax melts and gift sets during shipping.
Whenever possible, we also reuse packaging materials that would otherwise go to waste. A small but meaningful way to make the most of what we already have.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your order by the next business day. Our usual processing time is 1–3 business days. Shipping time is additional and may vary depending on your destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information. Most of our parcels are shipped with PostNord.
Which countries does Moony Flames ship to?
We currently ship to Sweden, Germany and Norway. The applicable shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Are there any customs duties or additional fees for deliveries to Norway?
Orders to Norway are shipped without Swedish VAT. Norwegian VAT and any applicable customs, import or handling fees may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Can I return my order or cancel my purchase?
Yes, as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Please note that this right does not apply to personalised scented candles made specifically to your requirements.
