How to Use Your Wax Melt Burner

A wax melt burner is a lovely way to enjoy your favourite home fragrances. Depending on the model, it can be used with both wax melts and suitable fragrance oils.

With wax melts:

  1. Place a suitable amount of wax melts in the dish at the top.
  2. Place a suitable, unscented tealight in the opening underneath and light it.
  3. As the wax melts, the fragrance gently fills the room.

Wax melts are used without water. Once the fragrance fades, allow the wax to cool before replacing it.

With fragrance oil:

  1. Add a suitable amount of water to the dish.
  2. Add a few drops of fragrance oil suitable for oil burners.
  3. Light an unscented tealight underneath.

Check the water level regularly during use and never allow the dish to boil dry.
Safety & Care

To enjoy your wax melt burner safely and keep it looking beautiful, please follow these guidelines:

  • Always place the burner on a stable, flat and heat-resistant surface.
  • Never leave a burning tealight unattended.
  • Keep away from flammable materials, draughts and other heat sources.
  • Only use tealights suitable for your burner and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Do not overfill the dish.
  • Never move or touch the burner while in use or still hot.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Allow the burner and its contents to cool completely before cleaning.

Cleaning: Gently wipe the cooled dish with a soft cloth. Avoid sharp objects that could damage the ceramic surface.

Never use a damaged or cracked burner.
