About the products
What materials are used in your candles?
All our candles are handmade with Swedish soy wax, which provides a cleaner and more sustainable burn. The wax is 100% vegan and free of paraffin. We use high-quality fragrance oils that are free of phthalates and parabens, making them gentler for both you and the environment. Our wicks are made of cotton or wood and are always lead and zinc free for the cleanest and most even burn possible.
How long do your candles burn?
The burn time varies depending on the size and type of candle:
- Moony Flames – 50 - 60 hours
- Travel Candles - 15-20 hours
To maximize the burn time, we recommend that you let the candle burn until the entire surface has melted upon first use and that you trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each lighting.
How should I care for my candle to make it burn evenly?
To ensure that your candle burns evenly and efficiently, please follow these tips:
- Burn the candle until the entire surface melts – The first time you light your candle, let it burn until the entire surface melts to avoid “tunnels” in the center. This will help the candle burn evenly throughout its lifespan.
- Trim the wick – Trim the wick to about 5mm each time before lighting the candle. A wick that is too long can create a higher flame and uneven burning.
- Let the candle burn long enough – Avoid putting out the candle too early. To get an even light, it is good to burn it for at least 2 hours at a time, but no longer than 4 hours to avoid overheating.
- Place the candle in a safe place – Make sure it is on a flat surface, away from drafts and high temperatures, so that it burns evenly and safely.

Can I get a candle in a specific scent and color?
Yes, we offer the option to choose both the scent and color of our candles, but we ask for your understanding that some colors may be dependent on the availability of materials. If you have a specific request, you can always contact us before ordering to ensure that we can accommodate your request.
We also offer the opportunity to create unique combinations for gifts or special orders – we love creating candles that are completely customized to your wishes! 😊
Order & Delivery
How long does it take to receive my order?
All products available in our webshop that do not require special manufacturing are already in stock and are usually shipped within 1–3 business days .
For candles that are custom made to your order, it takes 7-10 days to create them. We will inform you when your order is ready and on its way to you.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on your order and delivery address. The price also includes packaging materials. Here is a rough overview:
- Within Sweden – The shipping cost is 69 SEK for all orders under 500 SEK.
- Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.
- International Shipping – Prices vary depending on destination. You will see the shipping cost before completing your order at checkout.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) so you can follow your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number, your order will be shipped as regular mail without tracking.

What do I do if my order is damaged upon delivery?
If your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. We would appreciate pictures of the damage and packaging to be able to handle the matter quickly.
We always strive to deliver our products in perfect condition, but if something goes wrong we will replace the damaged item or find a solution. 😊

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Yes, we strive to do our best to reduce our environmental footprint. We reuse all packaging and packaging materials , including plastic, to minimize waste. This material comes from our own supplies and is not purchased.
Our goal is to use as little packaging material as possible and always choose options that are as sustainable as possible. We are constantly working to improve ourselves to be kind to both you and the planet! 🌱😊
Why are there warning signs on your lights? Are they dangerous?
The warning symbols on our candles are in accordance with the CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) regulation , which requires that products that may pose a certain risk to the user are marked with warnings. These warning symbols are there to ensure that you handle the candles safely, e.g. not leaving the candle unattended or burning it on an uneven surface.
The fragrance oils we use are specially adapted for candle making and are also used in cosmetic products . They are diluted so much that they are safe for use in candles. However, if you are allergic to fragrances, they can still cause allergic reactions, so we recommend caution.
Our candles are not harmful to the environment . We use biodegradable waxes and phthalate-free fragrance oils , and our packaging is reusable and sustainable. The warning signs are a safety measure so that you can enjoy the candle in a safe way. 🌱😊
Can I reuse the glass after the candle has burned out?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage reusing the glass after the candle has burned out. Cleaning is easy – simply remove any remaining wax residue and wash the glass with warm water and mild dish soap.
The recycled glass is perfect as a drinking glass or as a tea light holder . This way the glass gets new life and you can enjoy it in many ways! 🌿😊
