Our scented wax and wax melts are handcrafted from an exclusive blend of rapeseed wax and coconut wax – an eco-friendly combination that ensures a cleaner melt and a smooth, long-lasting scent release. The wax is 100% vegan, biodegradable, and completely free from paraffin, phthalates, and parabens – a conscious choice for both your home and our planet.
To enhance the experience, each wax melt is decorated with organic dried flowers, spices, fruits, or sugar sprinkles. We also use biodegradable glitter that adds an extra magical and sustainable touch – without microplastics or unnecessary additives.
What materials are used in your candles?
All our candles are handcrafted with Swedish soy wax, providing a cleaner and more sustainable burn. The wax is 100% vegan and free from paraffin. We use high-quality fragrance oils that are free from phthalates and parabens, making them gentler for both you and the environment. Our wicks are made of cotton or wood and are always lead- and zinc-free to ensure the cleanest and most even burn possible.
How long do your candles burn?
Burn time varies depending on the size and type of candle:
Moony Flames: approx. 50 hours
Travel Candles: approx. 20 hours
To maximize burn time, we recommend letting the candle burn until the entire surface has melted during the first use and trimming the wick to about 5 mm before each lighting.
How do I care for my candle to ensure an even burn?
To ensure your candle burns evenly and efficiently, please follow these tips:
- The first time you light your candle, let it burn until the whole surface has melted to avoid “tunneling.” This helps the candle burn evenly throughout its lifespan.
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm each time before lighting. A wick that is too long can cause a higher flame and uneven burning.
- Avoid extinguishing the candle too early. For an even burn, it’s best to burn it for at least 2 hours at a time but no longer than 4 hours to prevent overheating.
- Ensure it stands on a flat surface, away from drafts and high temperatures, so it burns evenly and safely.
Can I get a candle in a specific scent and color?
Yes, we offer the option to choose both scent and color for our candles, but please understand that some colors may depend on material availability. If you have a specific request, you can always contact us before ordering to ensure we can accommodate your wish.
We also offer the possibility to create unique combinations for gifts or special orders – we love crafting candles that are fully customized to your preferences!
How long does it take to receive my order?
All products available in our webshop that do not require special manufacturing are already in stock and are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.
For candles that are custom-made according to your order, it takes 7–10 days to create them. We will notify you when your order is ready and on its way to you.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost depends on your order and delivery address. Packaging materials are included in the price. Here is an approximate overview:
- Shipping costs 69 SEK for all orders under 500 SEK for orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.
- Prices vary depending on the destination. You will see the shipping cost before completing your order at checkout.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) so you can follow your delivery. If you do not receive a tracking number, it means your order is sent as regular mail without tracking.

What should I do if my order is damaged upon delivery?

Are your packaging materials environmentally friendly?
Yes, we strive to do our best to reduce our environmental footprint. We reuse all packaging materials, including plastic, to minimize waste. This material comes from our own deliveries and is not purchased externally.

Why are there warning labels on your candles? Are they dangerous?
The warning labels on our candles comply with the CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging), which requires products that may pose certain risks to users to be marked with warnings. These warning symbols ensure that you handle the candles safely, such as not leaving them unattended or burning them on an uneven surface.
The fragrance oils we use are specially formulated for candle making and are also used in cosmetic products. They are diluted to a level that is safe for use in candles. However, if you are allergic to fragrances, they may still cause allergic reactions, so we recommend caution.
Our candles are not harmful to the environment. We use biodegradable waxes and phthalate-free fragrance oils, and our packaging is reusable and sustainable. The warning labels are a safety measure to help you enjoy your candle safely.
Can I reuse the glass after the candle has burned out?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage reusing the glass after the candle has burned out. It’s easy to clean – simply remove any remaining wax and wash the glass with warm water and mild detergent. This way, the glass gets a new life, and you can enjoy it in many ways!
